2. Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe this was done in error or that you have the right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification. To be valid under the DMCA, your counter-notification must include:

- Identification of Removed Material: Specific details about the material that was removed, including its location before removal (e.g., URL or unique identifier).

3. Response to Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the individual responsible for posting the content and provide them with a copy of the notice.
If a counter-notification is received, we will review it and may reinstate the material unless the copyright owner files a legal action within 10 business days.
4. Repeat Infringers
Nowreflex enforces a policy of terminating accounts or access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentation and Penalties
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed in error, may be subject to liability.
6. Limitations of Liability
